More users do not always mean more growth.

A better growth question is whether the right customers stay long enough to reach a meaningful outcome.

A dashboard can show rising sign-ups while the business is simply renting attention through incentives.

Growth needs the right customer

People may sign up for a promotion, complete the rewarded action and leave when the reward disappears. That creates activity without durable demand.

Ask better questions

Which users stay? What did they come to accomplish? How quickly do they reach that outcome? Why do others leave?

These questions help teams improve the product and the customer they choose to pursue.
